Hi I am a certified yoga instructor, I did my course from Vyasa institute in India,

I am teaching from last 5 years.

i teach traditional yoga where I teach hatha yoga and patanjali.

i take class to small groups where I can give personal attention to individual by checking their asanas and making them comfort.

I teach from basic to power yoga, in my class I teach:

all different yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, sun, moon & earth salutations.

I am very passionate in teaching yoga, I want to make students comfort in their poses.

I like the authenticity of traditional yoga. The instructor is very thorough and makes it easier to follow. I also like that the classes are small so you can have individual attention if needed in order to perform the yoga position correctly.
