I will welcome you on a mat if you want to learn yoga poses from beginner to intermediate. I enjoy teaching yoga in English and in Polish since 2023. My students age vary from young adults to seniors. I have been loving yoga practice for 10 years with a background in physical therapy with detailed knowledge of the anatomy of our bodies. .
