About

Having 16 scheduled weekly classes and numerous workshops, my love for yoga and it's holistic benefits stand out in all my sessions

I am a E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, as well as a YACEP Instructor(Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) currently teach all levels of students from beginners thru advanced.. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative and Chair yoga classes. I also teach Acroyoga workshops, private sessions, and arm balance and inversion workshops.

There are a hundred things I love about teaching yoga, but at the top of the list would be seeing a students progress in their practice. Also at the top of the list is having someone new to yoga tell me that they have tried yoga before but never really “got it” until taking my class, and then seeing them start their yogic journey by showing up in class regularly.

    Frequently asked questions

Talking to a new student to find out if they are new to yoga or are more advanced is always a good start.

I am a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, I did my training in the Florida Keys and have been teaching ever since.

My pricing does vary depending on distance traveled, and if someone is looking for single or multiple sessions.

I fell in love with yoga the first time I stepped onto a mat. My love of yoga led me to take over 600 classes before I did my YTT ( Yoga Teacher Training). My ultimate goal is to inspire people to better their lives thru yoga.

I have worked with all levels of students from beginners to advanced, young to old. In any given week I currently have between 150 to 250 students.

Best advise I can give is to check out the teacher they are considering. There are a lot of posers out there. Check there registered and teaching hours on Yoga Alliance. Ask questions, ask for references!! Don't worry so much about how LONG they have been teaching, ask how OFTEN they teach. Check their website, which any serious teacher should have. Check their social media accounts. If they have hundreds of pictures on FB or IG but none of the pictures are of them doing yoga, it most likely means the can't actually DO it! Probably not someone you want to pay money to teach you!

I would say just be honest with yourself and a prospective teacher about where you are in your practice... And take it from there. Yoga is a journey, enjoy it 🙏 Namaste
