Discovering the powerful positive impact of yoga on people’s lives I started to deepen my knowledge about it. Focusing on supporting people through yoga I completed several trainings: Fly&Release Aerial Yoga, YogaTeacher RYT500, Floating Yoga Instructor, Yin Yoga, Usui ReikiMaster and Dragon Reiki Practitioner.
I love seeing people feeling better after the class and with the consistent practice seeing their progress of having healthier body with a happy peaceful heart.

Going through introduction and listening to the client's needs leads me towards creating the right yoga practice. This may include very well grounding meditation, vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga and by client's choice some healing Reiki energy.
