Danielle completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Onyx Yoga Studio and she is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She also has a background in sports administration having graduated with a bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Danielle teaches because she wants to pass on the therapeutic aspects yoga has given her both physically and mentally. She also is passionate about holistic healing and a plant based lifestyle. I currently teach group classes at Retro Fitness Raritan/Manville and Fortitude Fitness.
Yoga Class Description
Connect movement with breath as Danielle guides you through the asana (physical poses) in this “vinyasa” flow yoga class. All levels are welcome as there are always modifications offered. Instruction is primarily given with verbal cues and visual demonstrations. This class moves at a moderate pace. Danielle changes up the sequences so each class is different but follows the same formula so you can follow along. Chanting, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation are also included. Set to modern music that flows with the class. Come join Danielle for an energizing, flexibility/strength building, and stress relieving class!
