Hey there! So, yoga has been a big part of my life for almost 13 years now, and for the last 6.5 I've been lucky enough to teach it to so many awesome people.
I started with a 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training, then added 100 hours in Vinyasa to get into those flowing, powerful sequences, and rounded it out with 100 hours of Balanced Body Pilates training. My classes are usually on the energetic side β power yoga, vinyasa flows, breath-to-movement connections that leave you feeling strong and centered. But I always keep it real: intermediate vibes most of the time, with plenty of options and mods so beginners feel right at home and challenged in a good way.
Honestly, I teach this stuff because I live it too β I love staying active, getting that post-workout glow, and how it lifts my mood no matter what kind of day I'm having. My goal is simple: help you tap into that same feeling. Better health, less stress, more joy, feeling good in your body... all of it.
The thing that keeps me coming back every week? Hearing from students: 'Your classes changed my life,' 'I finally feel strong and confident,' or 'I look forward to this every time.' Those moments make everything worth it.
