On Fire 4 Fitness is for women who, through strength training and cardio exercise, are making a huge difference in their health and lives.
Certified in NASM Women's and Senior Fitness, the owners Myla and Brenda work with every woman to meet their fitness goals and more.
The club provides members with strength, resistance and cardio training, in a friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment.
Our P.A.C.E exercise equipment, which originated in rehabs and hospitals, works for women of all body types and abilities.
Our Classes include: Ballet Barre, Body Sculpting, Knee Strengthening, Tai Chi, Gentle Yoga, and Zumba
Everyone that walks in our door has a different story and need. We specialize in making the fitness experience one of joy, where we can work hard, laugh, and celebrate the fitness goals being achieved.
Everyone is an individual here. On Fire is like "Cheers", everyone knows your name, and all are invited in with welcoming, caring, open arms.

We start with a full fitness analysis, and discuss goals. Based on the our goals we recommend a combination of the following:
1. Training on the P.A.C.E. equipment
2. Discuss what classes would be applicable to meet the goals
3. Create a personal training program based on the goals.
4. Discuss nutritional options
National Association of Sports Medicine Certifications in Women's Fitness, Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Senior Fitness
Fully Certified on the PACE Equipment.
Monthly membership fees start at $35.00 a month. Three - 30 minute personal training sessions are included in each membership.
Personal Training outside of membership $25.00 for each 45 minute session.
All classes are separately billed at $5.00 per class.
We work with women from all ages and abilities. On Fire 4 Fitness has a membership ages from 10 years old to 90's. We have women who are first timers to fitness as well as the elite athlete.
Each of our classes are designed for both low and high impact and level of cardio.
In addition, we also walk along side those with different abilities including women who are restricted to wheel chairs, or have limited mobility. We design each training program to meet our ladies personal goals.
