Yoga is the way of living with the body, mind, and spirit all in a state of balance and harmony. Through physical postures, proper breathing techniques and learning to be more "In tuned" with yourself you will find that all aspects of life become more enjoyable.
I do some type of yoga everyday whether it's stretching for 10 or 20 minutes or 1 Hour vinyasa flow. I've been doing yoga all of my life pretty much in segments. Couple years ago there was a setback in my life that concerned my heart, I had a tough time getting over it or better yet say get through it so I began to look for yoga a piece of mind and I came up on the Yoga and Healing Center in Scotch Plains New Jersey Wendi Gross owner. I took the 200 hour course and followed it with a 100 hour course, which certified for hot yoga as well. I've been teaching and studying every since. I currently teach at D3 Fitness Intergrated Wellness at 1280 North Avenue Plainfield New Jersey.
