I help 40+ women feel confident, survive hormonal changes, get strong and lose weight... and maybe even have some fun with fitness! We lift weights, dance a bit, do some barre or pilates, and create a personalized plan that works. Nutrition is an important part of the picture as well. Progress not perfection is the key to long term success.
I teach Exercise Science at the college level and have 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through ACSM, a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist (GGS) and Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA) among several others.
