Been a certified yoga teacher since 2003 - I took yoga & tennis for credit as college student @Montclair State College

i started teaching @Rutgers Cook/Douglass at lunchtime, & Werblin Rec, Busch & College Ave Campus when I worked @RU

i used vacation days & weekends to continue my teacher trainings

*I enjoy helping people achieve their health goals for the mind, body & spirit

*Increasing our flexibility & maintaining good overall heath

*I became a group fitness instructor when I started to feel anxiety & insomnia in my own life

*I understand we need to feel well & have peace of mind

*I provide a safe environment for healing
