Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is listed on my website yogabeauti.com
discounts for elderly lessons and classes
How did you get started teaching?
I was practicing Yoga for a little bit before i realized i wanted to teach. I got to experience the spiritual and physical benefits of practicing Yoga. My mind, body and soul was at a peace internally and externally and it decreased painful migraines and back pains that i suffered from after the birth of my kid. It helped me to have more self control with my bad eating habits and helped me adapt and mantain a healthy and holistic lifestyle, not only for me but for my kid as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with kids ages 5-10 and adults mid 30's and up.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I usually attend Yoga events that are held at the Honest Weight Co-op and Events that have to do with Nutrition and Cooking Classes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say to them that Yoga is beyond the physical capacity and to always have a open-mind when practicing Yoga.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Write down questions so you dont forget before talking with any instructor. Students should think specifically about what they are trying to accomplish and what level they are in and they should know any weaknesses or barriers they have for not getting there. If they are in the stage were they are looking for instructors to finally get started, they should be ready and willing to go through with any goals they have for themselves.
