Being a certified fitness and nutritional coach is not all about training and food programs. My approach is a we can do it together approach. What that means the client doesn't have to suffer going through their weight loss goal alone. I empower others to take the steps into what makes them champion their goals. We're human beings, let's team up to better our humanity.
I enjoy every challenge that is put in front of me. When it's was winning my first world karate title or graduating from college; being a martial artist for the past 30 years. Having ADHD , and not being the most atheistic person, is the challenges I continue to deal with every day. All I can do is be patient , compassionate and empowering toward my self and my clients everyday.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process is to ask questions is help the client discover what is possible for them; when doing a personal training session with me. What does it look like for them; visualizing what those goals look like and how we , yes I mean we can create a possibility together.
When clients see me for the first time, I do a fitness screen to see where their current fitness is and create a program that will leave them empowered and one step closer towards their goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of martial arts experience in addition to, obtaining my personal and group training certifications. Most importantly, my apporach is a flexible to help anyone achieve their goals.
