"I have been training with Steven for several months now and find him to be very professional, supportive and motivational. The sessions are tough but enjoyable. With Steven's help and support I completed my first half marathon and I'm feeling fitter and gaining confidence. Also I love that Steven meets me at 4:30 am and when he is not available he will send me a video, skype in and watch me in real time and help me. I would recommend Steven's Workouts To Go to anyone."

How did you get started teaching?

I was introduced to pilates and yoga  through my corporate job. I loved the way it made me feel and want to share that experience with others. I was giving freelance PT sessions at the gym and After leaving my job I decided to get certified.

What types of students have you worked with?

All level welcomed!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

All of my students have transformed their minds and their bodies. Fitness has become a major part of their daily activites.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would look for someone who has the passion and who cares about their clients. I would be leary of someone who is only after the money and doesn't follow up, or give you a proper plan to meet your goals.
