About
The style of yoga i will be guiding you through helps you to remain loose and natural. Tantra Yoga is a less known approach to yoga. We turn our attention inward and our primary focus is not so much of flexibility and alignment but more so, relaxing and meditating in the posture. This style also has a restorative quality, we introduce a series of shavasanas for maximum benefits. All action comes from no action, our approach uses both sides of the coin.
My teacher training took place in Durgas Tiger School in Quito, Ecuador. The training presented several approaches on Yoga, Tantra and Shaminism. It was designed to view ourselves and our bodie from multiple perspectives, widing the range and accepting ourselves in all levels.
I have been teaching since April 2017 at community centers and for private in-home clients.
The journey inwards is completely personal, my work allows me to guide you through the journey while remaining with yourself. We work with the body, not against it. In other words, we do not see the body as inferior, we see it as a bridge to connect our outer and inner world. My work is beyond dualities. Through this practice we reach wholeness and balanced vibrations.
