About this pro

Our teachers are highly skilled and relate to more than one modality of practice. They bring in their own experiences and truths to inform a unique class experience in the full spectrum of the yogic path.

In our full spectrum approach to the practice, our teachers will guide you through a journey inspired by their own unique truths, personal experiences and conscious relationship to the world. Our classes will shed light on a specific human concept or theme which is woven through all layers of the class from physical to subtle with confidence and skill.

The space is welcoming, small, not pretentious. It's not all LuLuLemon and people under 30. That matters to me. There is a common vibe and theme of yoga as an achievable tool for overall life wellness. I started going when I lived in that neighborhood. I continued going even after I moved because I like the teachers, namely Rian, Kevin and Hannah.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

All students will complete an application to tell us about their needs, desires, and schedule, to best assit them in their journey/ process.

They will receive a brief 15 minute phone consultation to outline a plan to benefit them the most.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our teachers have a minimum of 500 hours advanced yoga teacher training, in mixed yoga modalities, as well as sound healing, reiki, meditation and more.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

We work in ten week increments in order to create a relationship with our students and maximize the possibility for progress.

What types of students have you worked with?

Our teachers work with students of all ages, experience levels, and purposes for practice.

Whether for strengthing, stretching, healing an injury, limited mobility, deepening one's practice, you will have the space to grow into your self.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Trust someone who know how to ask you the right questions, not propose to give you answers.
