I completed my 200 hr yoga certification in India last January. After my training, I taught several classes at a rock climbing gym, which included hatha, candle lit flow, and vinyassa. I also taught yoga with cats at a cafe which was heavenly. In addition to yoga, I also teach meditation and an array of breathing techniques to rid the body of stress and energize the spirit. I have taught these techniques to all ages for the past 3 years, from kids to the elderly, and have seen significant positive changes to many people's lives as a result. I currently am working for the YES! For Schools program in Freeport teaching kids how to manage their emotions and regulate stress in their lives by using the breath. This past summer, I went back to India for my 300 hour yoga teacher training, so I am now officially 500 hour certified!
