My background is varied--I've taught yoga for 20 years and am also a Feldenkrais practitioner which means I help people improve their posture, move better and improve their athletic ability. I also teach them awareness through movement exercises that help them de-stress and let go of bad movement habits that may be causing them pain.
I am passionate about helping people feel and move better so that they can be potent--more fully theselves. I enjoy sharing that "ahha" moment when students feel they are inhabiting their bodies and breath fully and moving smoothly and effortlessly.
