Hi I am a certified aerial yoga and Zumba instructor! I love teaching dance and movement along with meditation and therapy to cultivate the mind and body! Wheather you are looking to heal through movement, essential oils, energy work or simply through talking about issues you might be struggling with I am here for you. I have been teaching for about a year now and want to expand my services and meet new fun and exciting people who share the same journey of spiritual enlightenment and healing. I look forward to sharing your pain and suffering to heal and guide you to a better place.

Through Yoga, dance and mindful meditation I've managed to calm my body, de stress and worry less! I have taught in several studios and worked with clients one on one using yoga, dance and mediation. Want to heal back pain? Open tight hips? Increase flexibility & strength? Or maybe you want to destress, worry less and calm the mind and body. Even chat about your day then I'm the one for you!
