Hi everyone!
I passionate about whole health when it comes to the body AND mind. I have studied yoga in India learning how to teach yoga and how to prepare the mind and body for yoga a yogic lifestyle.
Did you know that yoga is not just about asanas, excercise and a perfect body? Yoga is a lifestyle. Designing a lifestyle is very personal for each person. Everything is connected and my goal is to help you feel better on every single level.
Learn to meditate, learn about the mind and how it works (the most important tool you have), learn yoga/asanas, love yourself, love others, find compassion, calmness, gratitude and joy in your life. learn how to eat healthy and find balance in your food. Find self acceptance. Life is way too short to be stuck.
We will work as a team to make sure you are able to shine as the best version of yourself.
I love helping people see how beautiful they are inside and out. I love diving deep into skill sets and practices that with help people understand that they have power to live a beautiful life.
You matter and your health matters. I am here to teach you how to be self suffiencent in finding your balance.
