I've been practicing yoga over the past 15 years. I am yoga alliance certified and I got all of my certifications in Bali, which is in Indonesia 🌸 I like to teach a restorative style yoga and hold the poses with enough time to allow your muscles to lengthen and get comfortable. But if you like, I can also teach a power style yoga class. I also believe in uniting the mind~breath~heart~body as one.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I am here for my students. It's all about there needs and our goal should be to make you feel comfortable in your body and an overall sense of bliss 😊
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am yoga alliance certified. I was trained by the best in Bali at Santosha. Very traditional and in my opinion, very amazing! I've also been teaching at LA Fitness.

This will depend on how far I travel and how often we meet.

What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all types~ old to young, over weight to thin, flexible to stiff. I'm my opinion yoga is for everyone! You do what you can. There are always modifications. Give your body and mind what it needs in this moment.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love outdoor yoga! Yoga in a park surrounded by nature 🌳
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I feel that the student teacher bond in yoga is very important! Before I started teaching I loved trying out new classes, different styles, different instructors... then you find one you really connect with and it's a great feeling! You might find one right away or it might take awhile~ enjoy the process 💗
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
It's good to have an open mind when it comes to yoga. Communicate how you are feeling mentally and physically. The goal is to find inner peace, wellbeing and comfort. So I guess any question that will get you there....
