Assisting you in reaching the best version of yourself through yoga, breathing, meditation, life & nutrition counseling is my focus during our time together. I am a physician, a holistic nutrition counselor, a spiritual psychologist, a yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher and life coach. I had my own weight loss practice for women for 3 years in Cincinnati. I have taught yoga and meditation to children for 3 years. I am a practicing physician for last 20 years. I love to work primarily with women, children and children with special needs.

I will talk to the new student on the phone to understand their goals, expectations and time available to achieve the goals. If I feel the student has the commitment, sincerity and honesty to work on themselves and to collaborate with me, then I meet with them and work out the schedule to passioantely work towards their goal.
