She has a diverse skillset allowing her to bring an original and well-rounded approach to her teachings and is proud to bring this dynamic and fun training style to the Portland community encouraging happy, healthy embodiment for all!
I love inspiring others through experience and waking them up to what is possible within their own bodies. We are often trapped by our own limiting beliefs and lack of experience. ReiAcYoDo offers a way to intigrate movement into the body in connection with the mind and spirit, and each other, to feel the power we are able to tap into within ourselves in partnership with community and our planet.

How did you get started teaching?
At the age of 6, I started learning Tae Kwon Do which evolved to include Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and Qi Gong along with many other styles over the years. At the age of 8, I started assisting in classes and teaching the belts lower than myself, including adults. At the age of 10, my parents were going through financial hardship and could no longer afford our lessons, so I started teaching regularly and assisting with the front desk and overall care of the studio in exchange for my lessons. This was one of the most valuable life lessons I could have experienced.
What types of students have you worked with?
All students from 2 1/2 years old to over 90! Many with mental and physical handicaps. The current demographic I'm working with are individuals who are ready to do the work and become fuller more embodied versions of their truest selves. Through my support, training, practical tools, and life-hacks, I hope to inspire others to be the best they can be and more!
