Do you want to do yoga or get your steps in but just haven’t made it a habit? Often there’s no one to go with when you have the time, when it fits into your schedule. And I know how challenging it can be to start and stick with an exercise routine - especially if you haven’t done it in a while. If having a yoga buddy, or a walking partner, would help you take better care of yourself and meet your fitness goals, let’s do this… together!

I became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2020, have been practicing yoga for at least 20 years, am an entrepreneur and a mom to 3 teen boys.
I started this business for people who are looking for a low-barrier way to establish a regular exercise, meditation or self-care routine. You know that you will feel SO GOOD when you do so let’s do it…together!
