Begin Yoga
About
The part of teaching yoga that excites me the most is when I see a person reach full forgiveness for themselves and begin to love themselves completely.
I began meditation two years before practicing yoga. I was super stressed out, always thinking about the future, trying to control it in some sense, while trying to rewrite the past. I found both practices and began to forgive myself for what I could not change and was so very happy I started living in a state of mind where I appreciate the present moments more than anything else!
I am a 200 hr yoga instructor with a certification in CPR too. I am seeking to help revolutionize all beings to more enlightenment.
