Hello! I am very excited to be able to share my passion for yoga with people who are interested in it. My focus with yoga is to help people become more comfortable and satisfied with their bodies.
I have experience in using yoga for weightloss, to improve mobility, to improve mental health, and to serve as a healing tool for those with chronic illness. Whatever your needs are, I would love to help you find a way in which yoga can help you!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first get to know my students. Their physical and health background is very important to me as it will help me determine what type of yoga is best for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my yoga teaching certification and have a bachelor's degree in health.
How did you get started teaching?
I wanted to become available for people who were not able to or did not want to leave the comfort of their own home to enjoy the benefits of yoga! Also for those who want a more personalized approach.
What types of students have you worked with?
From all ages! I have taught seniors, adults, and even children!
