What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First and foremost we start with talking about previous medical conditions and setting our first goal. After we set our goal and intentions, we do a discovery class to be sure this is something you want to do. In my discovery class we go over some basic postures and exercises to strengthen the core and back muscles, then traction and stretch to end. Allowing you to see how versitile the trapeze is and if it is a good fit for you.
