Having a daily dedicated practice of Yoga including deep Meditation for over 10 years, allows me to understand and hence share my own realizations with all that are seeking. I intuitively customize the sessions according to the individual needs of the student. Committed to understanding, compassion, empathy, and love, it is in giving that I truly receive.

Discontentment in life brought me to the threshold of Yoga or should I say Yoga came to me! And today, the sweet elixir of pure joy and wisdom flows unto me from the depths of my being when I tune in. Yoga is a sacred science of the Soul. When practiced sincerely, one discovers their hidden innate potential. The growth, healing, and joy experienced by the student, is the real wealth I seek. In time, when their beliefs give way to faith and commitment, a new realm unknown to most, opens up. Getting to share such abundance makes me feel endlessly fulfilled and content.

I received my Yoga certification from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi, India. (Hatha Yoga)

    I am a female 83 yrs. old. I started Shwetas Yogic Breathing and Yoga Nidra classes in Nov. 2019. I was under doctors care for anxiety. These classes taught me a level of relaxation I had never felt before. Shweta encourages to practice @ home daily if even for 5 min. It takes time to make changes, but through these 2 years I have been able to fall asleep @ night more quickley, am more grateful, food tastes better & autumn colors more brilliant. Subtle improvements. Sometime later Shweta started Body Mind Soul class that has a time of meditation. This helps to quiet the mind & let go. I would recommend these classes to everyone for a more peaceful life.
