My love for boxing and my boxing experience with Coop (a.k.a. Coach Coop) at No.11 Boxing Gym inside of Ferebee Hope Recreation has been great. Coop suggested I come and workout at the gym because I wanted to stay in shape and switch from my Southpaw stance back to Orthodox. His patience and humbleness gave me good inspiration. Also, he started me back to the basics. The foot work, shadow boxing, heavy and speed bag work helped me learn a lot of new things that I never knew in boxing. It helped my speed, power and accuracy. I am greatful to meet Coop as a trainer, but especially as a friend. Thanks Coop!
