Coach Coop, is a Professional and Certified Coach (Level II Coach) and a Certified Official (Level II Official) for USA Boxing Association and (AIBA) International Boxing Association (Amateur) with National experiences coaching and officiating. Also, he is a Certified Adult CPR/AED & Standard First Aid from the American Health Association. He has been coaching amatuar and professional Boxer's since 2005. He has developed athlete through coaching them to win championship such as the Jr. Olympic Championship, Golden Gloves Championship, Silver Gloves Championship, Sugar Bert National Tournament Qualifiers Championship and position an athlete to be ranked #2 in the (USA) United Sate of America.

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We like to start out slow. Before we work out we like to get in some stretching. Then move over to some warm up excise to warm up those muscles. Then I will introduce you to proper technique of through punches.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Boxing Coach Level II and a Certified Referee Level II from USA Boxing Association.

How did you get started teaching?

I have always had a teacher spirit. I wanted to give back the skill sets that I have learned through my experience with contact sports. I want others to experience where this can take you.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Do your due deligence. Make sure that the instructor is involve in the sport some type of way. See if they are presently taking refresher courses and etc. The fitness 🌎 is always changing.
