I am 2 time National Champion in the sport of Muay Thai, in addition I am an Ace certified MMA conditioning coach. I started my fighting career in the United States Marine Corps in 1998 and have been teaching Boxing and Kickboxing for almost 20 years.

The typical process is to find out the goal of the student. What is it that you are looking to get from Boxing? We will go over styles of boxing,we will then go into cardio training coupled with resistance training for boxing. Our goal is to understand different types of offense and defense while also establishing and understanding footwork and balance.
