What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1) Evaluate fitness and skill level. 2) performance evaluation. 3) effort and consistency,?The ability to be coached.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

1) 20 years of boxing training 2) 15 years of basketball and football training.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes, clients can select a one time work out of $20 dollars for a 15-20min session, $30 dollars for 30min session or $55 dollars for 60min session. We also have week option of 2 days a week for $60 dollars or 3-4 days a week for $100 dollars. The option of 3-4 days comes with a free Health and Glory t-shirt.

How did you get started teaching?

Working at  LA fitness in Waldorf, Coaching pound ball football. Training Community service basketball teams.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with student athlete's ages  8-18, And active adults between 20-55 years of age.

My students graduating from high school and college.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

My advice is to trust your energy you receive from your trainer. If the rapport is great and you trust your trainer...let them help you reach your goals.

What is your purpose for wanting to participate in this particular activity? How is this service going to help you through your life experience?
