The thing I liked the most about working out at Health & Glory Fitness are the variety of workouts and the fact that Greg is focusing on your mental AND physical gain from the workout. I’ve never had a trainer focus on breathing techniques along with the workout. Very challenging and fun workouts as well ! He really focuses on your weakest points and builds from there. Love it!
I have a 7 year old and a 14 year old that train with Coach Greg twice a week and they absolutely love it! My oldest didn’t even want to train and now he’s looking forward to it on their scheduled days. Coach Greg is super friendly and professional. I can’t wait to see my kids growth in a few months.
My son loves working with Greg, he’s been such a pleasure to work with especially with my difficult schedule. Great experience!!!
Great training it’s fun and training is effective I have improved a lot in 3 months thanks coach Greg.
