    The thing I liked the most about working out at Health & Glory Fitness are the variety of workouts and the fact that Greg is focusing on your mental AND physical gain from the workout. I’ve never had a trainer focus on breathing techniques along with the workout. Very challenging and fun workouts as well ! He really focuses on your weakest points and builds from there. Love it!

    I have a 7 year old and a 14 year old that train with Coach Greg twice a week and they absolutely love it! My oldest didn’t even want to train and now he’s looking forward to it on their scheduled days. Coach Greg is super friendly and professional. I can’t wait to see my kids growth in a few months.

1) Evaluate fitness and skill level. 2) performance evaluation. 3) effort and consistency,?The ability to be coached.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

1) 20 years of boxing training 2) 15 years of basketball and football training.

Yes, new clients Can try health and Glory fitness program for $40 on the first session. We have a weekly option of 2 days a week for $60 dollars or 3-4 days a week for $100 dollars. The option of 3-4 days comes with a free Health and Glory t-shirt. Monthly for 2 days a week $240. Monthly for 3 or more days a week $350 each monthly program is based of a 4 week period.

How did you get started teaching?

Working at  LA fitness in Waldorf, Coaching pound ball football. Training Community service basketball teams.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with student athlete's ages  8-18, And active adults between 20-55 years of age.

My students graduating from high school and college.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

My advice is to trust your energy you receive from your trainer. If the rapport is great and you trust your trainer...let them help you reach your goals.
