About
I would like to share my knowledge from many years of training. I know on a personal level what works and what doesn't, how to maintain your motivation and keep working on yourself without losing interest, and how to keep a smile even through the hardest workouts. I can find an effective path to each client regardless of age or skill level. My main objective is to change the way you think about fitness. It is not only the physical aspect, but also habits, personal goals, believing in yourself, and getting rid of the limitations we place on ourselves which is the main reason for not reaching our goals.
I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Based on my personal athletic career of 20 years which includes various MMA competitions and a broad knowledge of fitness education, I can create an optimal fitness program that works for you. I have attended numerous training camps in a variety of different countries, training under many notable coaches. As a result, I am able to provide you with workout sessions that are highly effective and utilize a variety of different techniques. You will not be bored! My goal in working with my clients is not only to change their bodies, but also their lifestyle in order to promote and sustain long-term change. Exercise and fitness have always brought about the best things in my life, and now I am honored and excited to train others to feel the same benefits in their lives.
