What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Sessions are 1 hour and combine high intensity intervals, resistance training, and fighting technique perfect for the "everyday" person.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our coaches are pro or amateur fighters, so the workout is authentic and genuine to the sport.

This will vary. Everyone gets a free trial class.  This can be scheduled at ufcgym.com/arlington/schedule.

How did you get started teaching?

I took at class when it was LA Boxing, and 10 years later haven't looked back. 

What types of students have you worked with?

All typoes.  Young, Old, injured.  The trick is to move at your pace and don't give up on yourself. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We host fight parties all of the time.  Helps keep the gym communal. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure they can hold mits.
