My name is Danielle Talley. Owner of Sky's The Limit Yoga Company (STL), and The Caffeinated Yogi (TCY).
With STL we have a brick and mortar in Norfolk VA with community classes in 6+ cities of the Hampton Roads area as well as over 400 virtual classes available on demand.
With TCY I work with clients 1:1 via and app called TrueCoach or in person from everything strength, mobility, and nutrition.
