Torrance Seward

Hi my name is Torrance Seward Jr. and the service I provide stands out because it’s boxing. Not many people or boxers are teaching boxing. Some of the trainers aren’t even teaching boxing there just training them physically. There is science to boxing and that’s what I teach to keep my client alive post altercation. Also I teach how to eat to live and not live to eat. As far as exercise I teach the importance of exercise and the quantity of certain exercises you should do daily to stay in fighting shape.

I enjoy seeing my clients happy and satisfied with what I’m teaching. I enjoy boxing and I have a passion for this sport that is unbreakable. I gaurantee after training with me you will too.
