PERSONAL INTEREST
Spending quality time with my two daughters, husband, and two dogs daily. Being in nature every day. Running. Cycling. Yoga. Hiking. Swimming. Cliff jumping. Cold plunging. Eating wholesome food. Camping. Tree climbing. Reading. Cooking. Gardening. Traveling. Exploring back country.
I am continually inspired by the human body’s ability to change, grow and get stronger and more fit. I believe that every BODY can be fit and any size or shape. Movement has to fit the body not the body fitting into a particular exercise. Each of us are our own greatest teachers and when we tune into that wisdom, we are able to achieve anything we set out to do!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Most weekends have a similar day in it where my family and I pack into the car and go off on some adventure into nature. I love how my girls often start this journey reluctant and by end we are all filled up with time spent together and time in nature. These treks involve stoping to enjoy the wonders in nature, climbing trees, cold plunging, eating wild blue berries, and noticing all the fungi. I love these trips most because it reminds me that I am nature, ever changing and perfect in it's imperfections!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the teacher or trainer you are working with is certified and has insurance. Beyond that finding someone that is passionate and willing to meet you where you are is very important.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I believe that no question should go unasked, sometimes the answer is simply a difference in perspective that gives clarity.
