About
I offer public classes, workshops as well as private and corporate lessons, specializing in; chronic pain, injuries and physical and emotional trauma.
Through compassion, curiosity and humor, I create tender space for students to move from struggle and limitation towards strength and integration. I work with all levels and believe that at any stage of our lives we can cultivate new connections within the body, mind and soul.
I am a Forrest Yoga inspired teacher trained by Ana Forrest. I integrate principles of Yoga, Pilates, TRE® and Craniosacral work to explore a deeper connection to body and Spirit. I am also the founder of Breathe In Love Retreats.
I thrive in creating a unique practice for each individual to address their goals and I am a committed student - in love with the body's innate wisdom and capacity to transform. It is my passion to support others in discovering their own physical and spiritual evolution and inviting renewed resilience, vitality and joy.

How did you get started teaching?
Throughout my life, I found medicine in movement and after a lifetime of various modalities I suddenly began suffering chronic back pain. I found Forrest Yoga and quickly gained new found strength and mobility. But I also gained deep personal clarity, wisdom, reconnection to intuition, and for the first time in my life incredibly reduced anxiety. Because of the magnitude of these shifts through the practice - I knew I needed to share in every way I could.
What types of students have you worked with?
Students with injuries, chronic pain and illness, new to yoga, larger bodies, eating disorders, cancer, PTSD and history of trauma.

Find a teacher who is patient and curious, and who you can relate to on both a personal and energetic level.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you willing to commit to a consistent practice?
