About

I am accomplished and accredited athletic youth sports coach and personal trainer motivating clients through fitness training, mentoring students and helping young athletes meet their goals.

I offer personal 1-on-1 and small group training sessions with youth offensive football player positions, specifically Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers and Tight Ends. My goal is to educate each player on how to play the position the proper way at game speed.

I have played sports all of my life including football, baseball, tennis, golf and lacrosse.

    Warm up and strech for 10 min. Then depending on what area(s) of training we are focusing on during that session, the session will be focused on one of the following:

    Have been training athletes for 8 plus years. D1 and D2 football players. High school, and jr college athletes.

    Degree in Sports Medicine.

    Certification from National Federation of State High School Associations to coach football.

    Certification from USA Football High School Heads Up Football Program.

    Certified in Blocking, Shoulder Tackling and Equipment Fitting.

    Accredited Interscholastic Coach - National Certrification

    1 on 1 Training for a single athlete

    Session Length: 60 minutes - $65 for 1 session

    Session Length: 90 minutes - $85 for 1 session

    3 session package:

    Session Length: 60 minutes - $165 for 3 sessions ($55/ea)

    Session Length: 90 minutes - $375 for 3 sessions ($75/ea)

    5 session package:

    Session Length : 60 minutes - $250 for 5 sessions ($50/ea)

    Session Length: 90 minutes - $325 for 5 sessions ($65/ea)
