I offer a combination of modalites that focus on the body-mind connection, stress reduction, emodiment, mindfulness and muscle release. These modalities and practices help you learn to better handle stress, become more resilient, and learn to cultivate compassion and curiosity towards your mental and emotional world, while relaxing tension and stress in the body.
Some of the modalities I am certified in and offer are Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and meditation practices. I offer sessions remote and in person.

All my modalities are about an hour long except for my TRE session which is about 90 minutes. I will ask you what your intentions are for the session so we can get clear on what your short and long term goals. I will also help you understand the way tension is stored in body and to release it in a safe and controlled way. I will emphasize how improtant it is to move slowly at your own pace so that you can get the most benefit and integration from our sessions together
