About this pro

Moo Yea-Do has been founded by World Grand Master Tiger Yang, who has starred in over 30 films in the 1970s and 1980s. Since it's induction in 1981, we have had over 10,000 students sign up and train. Our martial arts combines 4 traditional martial arts (Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Kung-Fu, and Karate) into one masterful disciplined art. Our goal is to help students understand what martial arts is, how to defend themselves, and build confidence and leadership skills.

Master Lead Instructor Raymond Yang teaches out of the Norco location. He is a 5th Dan Black Belt and strives to help students unlock their potentials to be the best they can be. He also leads a Demonstration Team that holds performances across Corona, Norco, and Eastvale a few times out of the year. We encourage students to train hard and become a part of our team!

Moo Yea-Do Norco is also in the process of getting a street self-defense class (both men and women) and a beginning tricking (think gymnastics, martial arts, and breakdancing combined) course started in early 2020! If you are interested, please feel free to visit our website (www.mydnorco.com) or visit us at our location for more details.

I am a current student of Moo Yea-Do. I joined in February 1988 when I moved to Corona from Northern California. Probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. Head Master Paul Yang has done much more than to teach me martial arts skills. He has inspired me to be more confident, patient, disciplined and respectful. To be honorable in all that we do. His positive outlook on life and his martial arts expertise combined has given thousands of students such as myself a better understanding of what a true martial artist should be. I will be forever grateful to Head Master and my fellow students for this life changing experience.

My son started there at 4 yrs old took a break as he came back a few years later and absolutely loves his time there. Head Master Paul and Master Jido are the best. The whole team is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful for this program and look forward to many more years with them.

Moo Yea-Do is a very family-oriented and disciplined Center that has been great for kids and adults alike! Master Jido Sabum Nim and all of the instructors go out of their way to give the students individual attention, instruction, and encouragement. We have been with the center for several years now, and it has profoundly impacted my child's self-esteem for the better!

I appreciated how flexible and attentive the instructors are with meeting each student’s needs. It gives a welcoming atmosphere to beginners/shy/slow learners and at the same time, a welcome challenge to the more advanced/confident students. For instance, when I was a young student, I was very eager to learn more and excel and was given the privilege to train in the teen/adult-oriented classes. Now as an adult, I see that same energy being devoted to students after all these years. As a martial art, the variety inherent to MYD is a huge bonus. It’s by definition a mixed martial art, but the holistic aspect of incorporating culture and tradition sets it apart from MMA. The instructors are clearly passionate about the art as a whole and want every student to succeed in all aspects of their lives. It’s much more than a sport.
