    Coach Akkim was able to give new comers proper posture and instruction while still giving more experienced people direction in the workout. It feels like a small community of people who just want to learn self defense and have a good time doing it.

    Coach Akkim provides a great balance of technical instruction, physical conditioning, and encouragement. The class itself is structured really well, with a good mix of strength and conditioning exercises, as well as technique and sparring drills. I feel like Im getting a full-body workout every time I attend, and my stamina and strength have improved dramatically since I started. What I love most about this class is that its not just about physical fitness - its also a mental workout which has helped me in all areas of my life. The community of students is also really supportive and motivating, which creates a really positive and empowering atmosphere.     Both my son & I have taken classes with 2020 MMA & Fitness over the past few years. Akkim is a patient & positive instructor. He keeps the workouts interesting with a mix of Muay Thai skills training as well as strength & conditioning. While my son & I were usually both the youngest and oldest in the class we both found the instruction to be challenging without feeling overwhelmed.
