Full of very valuable information on how to protect yourself in a life threatening situation. The opportunity to practice these self defense moves with Elliot was extremely important. I feel more confident in my ability to disable an aggressor and get to safety. I have been recommending this class to my female friends.

This course was a game changer for me! 1 in 3 American women experience domestic violence, in their lifetimes. This is a shocking statistic! As a survivor of domestic abuse, I had gone to therapy to address the emotional scars, but it had never occurred to me to take a self-defense course and learn how to fight back. Elliott encouraged me to give it a try, and Im so glad I did! It was empowering to discover that I am equipped to defend myself, effectively, in the face of an attack, without any special equipment, at my current weight and fitness level! The course required 4 hours of time and a modest fee. The results were priceless! Every woman in American needs this information!

Left class feeling empowered and confident. The instructor, Elliott was very competent, explained and demonstrated skills/techniques thoroughly, and provided a safe and respectful atmosphere for his students. Would highly recommend the class(es) to any woman wanting to learn how to keep safe. Thank you Elliott.

    Frequently asked questions

First to clarify what type of Self-Defense training is needed. Either in workshop form, private training or within their organization.

I have studied martial arts and fighting since my 13th birthday including, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, Kung-Fu, Tae-Kwon-Do, Ju-Jitsu and currently studying Aikido with a brown belt. I specialized in self-defense concepts early on since female members of my family, friends and co-workers were often the brunt of excessive force. I could see how to level the playing field for women and realized I could make a difference.

You can attend one of our workshops for $120. Private Individual Training for one person at your location is $250.

Women in my family and friends were assaulted. I instructed them and after many years I created a functional simple effective program.

    Ages 12 to 72.

Regular healthy and athletic clients to women abused and assaulted.

Guardian required in attendance for ages 12-17.

Having women tell me how every woman should have this training. And hearing how much fear has been removed from their daily life.

Find someone with a lot of experience in training and life. Self-Defense training should not be limited to only one type of martial art or form. Self-Defense training is not a martial art or sport. Self-Defense training is about surviving an attack and getting away with the least amount of damage. Self-Defense training is about removing women from a constant state of fear. You must be able to trust your instructor. Someone with your best interests at heart.

Exactly what am I looking for? How much effort am I willing to put forth? What training works best for my situation?
