Their unique form of martial arts combines elements of karate, judo/jujitsu, kenpo, and both Chinese & Western boxing. They started teaching classes at the Chino Valley Y.M.C.A. in 1991, and since 2000, classes have been held through the City of Diamond Bar Recreation Department.
