ATA Songahm Taekwondo is an international organization that has been active fir over 40 years. We teach focus, discipline, confidence & self control- all while getting a full body workout! Mueller's Tri Valley ATA offers a family friendly environment with a play area ( for younger siblings, children, or between classes), a work station with full wifi access, and trained, experienced & certified instructors.

My passion for Taekwondo began as a Mom & has now developed into sharing the benefits of our art through instructing & spreading the knowledge. I love working with people of all ages, helping build their confidence & strength. I look forward to continuing to share the knowledge of Songahm Taekwondo!
