Greetings aspiring boxers, I am Coach Raymando Perez or Coach Ray for short and I am here to satisfy all your boxing needs. Whether it be for fitness or self defense I can teach you the Sweet Science. No gym needed all equipment is provided for as training is conducted outdoors. Are you ready to learn and burn?
The thing that stands put most about my training sessions is that I love boxing and when my students share a similar passion it's a great experience. For me as a coach I enjoy learning from the students and watching the progression being made.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask them their goals with boxing and fitness in general and modify a boxing workout plan to reach that goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Level 1 Boxing Coach through USA Boxing. Also I have a certificate from National Personal Training Institute as well as certification in Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy

How did you get started teaching?
I boxed amateur 10 years ago and trained thoughout my youth. As a massage therapist I've worked in a chiropractic setting as well as a spa.
What types of students have you worked with?
My focus remains on young fighters as I'm an assistant coach in Vallejo but I have trained adults personally through the years

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You wont know unless you try and the only way to see if boxing is for you is to glove up and throw hands
