About
I understand each person has a unique anatomy and goal set and will create a study plan/program based upon the students individual needs. This can include restorative as well as active practices. I like to focus on incorporating both the physical aspects and the philosophy/science of yoga, leading students to the experience of embodyment. Breath-work practices are offered as a way to manage stress, and create a balanced state. With over 1,000 hours of yoga training and years of teaching, I am able to work different ages and body types and physical limitations.
I love to help people become the best version of themselves through sharing the life changing benefits of this practice!
