Passonate yoga teacher over 2+ years of experience in designing and Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes. I completed 200 hr yoga teacher training online from Yogamu institute in India, and have acquired an indepth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques. I have completed my nutrition certification program and help students to plan their diet and help them tone their bodies and reduce weight.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will have one-on-one conversation over phone or zoom with the student to learn about their life style, medical conditions, diet, goals, and knowledge about yoga.

How did you get started teaching?
- First 10 mins - warmup
- Next 25 mins - Asanas ( According to the body type and health goals)
- 10 Mins - Pranayama ( Breathing Exercise)

- At last will talk about the daily calorie intake and diet plan for the week.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all age group of students. It will share and explain all the names of the Asanas and pranayama techniques and how each Asana work and its benefits.
I teach chair yoga for school going kids to be more active and focused during the school hours.
I worked with elderly people to be active and energitic throughout the day and help them have a proper diet plan.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event that I like the most is helping younger kids and youth to be more focused and avoid all the distractions during or after the school hours.
