I’m excited to connect with you on Lessons.com. My name is Kam Spencer, and I am a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals. With a rich background in athletics and formal education in Kinesiology, I bring a unique blend of practical experience and academic knowledge to my training sessions.

My journey in sports began at the age of 10, playing football and eventually competing at the junior college level. From the gridiron to the global stage, I've also represented the United States as a Team USA Muay Thai athlete and am proud to be a four-time Muay Thai champion. These experiences not only shaped my approach to fitness but also instilled a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, and the importance of mental toughness.

I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with an Associate's degree in Kinesiology. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defense through Muay Thai, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
