About

My name is Adam Wolfgaard and I am a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in speed, agility, and power development for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Tryout, Athletic Testing, and Combine Prep are my expertise. I am a CA Credentialed Physical Education Teacher and teach in the Point Loma (San Diego) area. I was a multi-sport collegiate athlete, having played both Soccer and Baseball. I am currently a part of the United States Bobsled Team as an Olympic Hopeful.

Whether you or your child is just getting started in sports, fitness, preparing for tryouts, and or already competing at a high level; I design personalized training sessions that improve quickness, explosiveness, and athletic performance.

With a background as a Physical Education Teacher for 5 Years, and 13 years of multi-sport coaching experience; I offer 1-on-1, small group, and team training right here in our community. My programs focus on movement mechanics, reaction time, and explosive power—tailored to each athlete’s goals and sport. I am an expert in training specific to Baseball, and Soccer, but well-versed in all sports as a Physical Educator.
