Justin was a really great teacher, he would add a good workout beforehand which I benefited from a lot. He really made sure I understood the mechanics and how that makes a difference. Great teacher and super nice!

Justin is flexible, fun, and really knowledgeable. He’s been terrific with our 16-year-old son who is gearing up for the volleyball season. He incorporates a great warm up, efficient and challenging training, and useful discussion about strategy and preparation. Justin provides a lot of options for meeting times which is helpful as well. We’re happy to have found him and look forward to contouring to work together.
