There is no quick fix. This is real life, with real people and real challenges. We work together to identify obstacles, overcome them and open the door to improved performance, healthier people and a happier life.

I don’t sell cookie cutter meal plans or training programmes. This is an individual service that provides the tools you need to shop, cook, eat, train and live your best life. If you go all in on this service you will never need to buy another programme or meal plan ever again. If you want the quick fix - look elsewhere.

I am lucky enough to be in a position to positively impact people’s lives. I believe profoundly in the capabilities of the human body and it is my absolute passion that I see as many people realise it. The most enjoyable thing about the work I do is witnessing the shift in perception of health and fitness, because ultimately its not about the number on the scale or the barbell, it’s about our quality of life.

How did you get started teaching?

Volunteering in South Africa in 2016 I taught Physical Education in underprivileged schools. Since the day I returned to Ireland I’ve been coaching people online and in person using the knowledge and skills gained from my studies and certifications.

What types of students have you worked with?
  • Youth (Ages 10-19) - Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Training programmes for health, weight loss and performance.
  • Elite athletes (Ages 14-35) - Injury Rehabilitation/Prevention, Sports Conditioning, Strength/Power/Hypertrophy Training, Nutrition strategies for performance.
  • General population (Ages 10-60) - Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Mobility, Quality of Life.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Avoid people who deal in absolutes. There is no single answer to any of your questions so avoid one-size-fits-all.

Work with someone willing work with you to resolve issues rather than pretend to know it all.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What am I looking for in a training/nutrition programme?

What are my personal goals?

Why do I want to achieve these goals?

Why have I not already reached my goals?
