What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Avoid people who deal in absolutes. There is no single answer to any of your questions so avoid one-size-fits-all.
Work with someone willing work with you to resolve issues rather than pretend to know it all.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What am I looking for in a training/nutrition programme?
What are my personal goals?
Why do I want to achieve these goals?
Why have I not already reached my goals?
